Oh, wonderful book with a surprisingly happy ending! It was less action-y than the first Thursday Next novel, but I'm definitely intrigued and can't wait to get to #3.

Really liked this bizarre book by my favorite bizarre writer.

I think my favorite part is when the hero, Thursday Next, attends a party in Bookworld, which is populated by fictional characters. A small boy approaches her and asks, "Please, draw me a sheep."

There is something about Jasper Fforde that keeps me coming back for more and "Lost in a Good Book" does not disappoint. If you like a good, fun read with random literary references thrown in, and a tinge of science fiction, then this is the book for you. Do not expect everything to make sense or question how something works or doesn't work. It is written much like our own but not. It's a world I could love in and I imagine quite a few of you could as well.
