I was so excited to see that this book was being published, I love Catana's work and this certainly didn't disappoint. Funny, heartwarming, and so incredibly relatable, I cannot wait to own a physical copy of this.

I have been following Catana Comics Insta for a couple of years. So I knew she had the book and I thought that was really cool for her, but it's not the sort of thing I'd buy.
Then a couple weeks ago I came across the book in my local library and knew I had to get it out. It was such a cute read, and it was fun to go through it with my boyfriend :)
Conclusion: cute book & thank goodness Libraries exist.

Ok, this is straight up adorable. I've been a fan of Catana's comics for a little bit and follow her on Instagram but the book collected all the cutest ones together for one big awww fest. Maybe because I'm currently one of those dweebs in a cutesy relationship or maybe because I'm a hopeless romantic, this book just really made my heart smile. I had to stop reading at several points and show my bf a comic while screeching "LOOOOOK ITS USSSSS" (total: 8 screeches). The thing Catana excels at is showing how real, everyday type love is still adorable and meaningful. Because life isn't always huge showcases of love, it's the nice good morning texts and sharing your fries (or stealing his fries...whichever). The art and the stories are both so cute and portray a realistic modern romance. I can't wait to see more from the Catana/John relationship!

I love this book. I didn't know the artist before, but I'll definitely follow her on instagram after this. Her comics are so adorable, cute and funny! I think everyone can relate to at least a few of these situations. I agree with the other reviewer who said that it would make a great Valentine's Day gift.

This review is for the Romanian version, which apparently doesn't have an entrance here because the people from Editura Art are lazy. Romanian version review ahead, in Romanian.
Benzile produse de Catana Comics sunt incredibil de simpatice - și colecția asta conține câteva din cele mai reușite episoade. Din păcate, traducerea e un hit and miss - uneori pierde complet sentimentul pe care vrea să-l pună autoarea, alteori reușește să păstreze atmosfera aia super-dulce pentru care Catana e renumită.
Problema e că în momentul în care ai rateurile toată magia dispare, și nu mai rămâne foarte mult. E păcat, e pierdere mare, dar asta e. A doua problemă, care nu știu dacă e a volumului în română sau pur și simplu e din conceptul pe care l-a publicat Catana, e că uneori ai comics care se leagă, alteori nu, și nu e tot timpul clar când te uiți la un nou episod și când nu.
Altfel efluvii de dulcegării bine făcute, numai bune pentru masculul ăla dur din tine (care e de fapt un monstru siropos).
