Honestly compared with the rest of the Outlander series, I found this novella to be rather unimpressive. Although I've loved listening to the audiobooks and this one had a different narrator, so that could have had an impact.

Enjoyable short, great writing. So odd to know this character when he was so young! It is fun to imagine that this author could write for the rest of her life about these characters.
