There were parts that I thought were pretty good, but over all I just didn't like it. The only reason I finished it was because I looked to see how far I was and I was too close to the end. There was a time jump that wasn't clear that it happened and it completely took me out of it. I know it happened but I didn't like how it was done.

This was a cute tale and an easy, light-hearted read. I was expecting a little more spice. I feel slightly mislead by the advertising but I still enjoyed it

The best thing about this was it was a brother’s best friend trope where the brother didn’t fully do the “I know this guy and he’s a piece of shit” thing, which drives me nuts. There was a hint of it but I think with acceptable concern for both Alexis and Bridger.

The scenes that jump to the past were great and probably my favorite parts of their story.

Sometimes things too proclaim-y or the dialogue gets cringe, but overall a cute and fun read with a dash of angst in there.

Swooooooon

I'm a sucker for a brother's best friend trope and this book was no different. Alexis and Bridger's relationship is rocky but sweet.
