Another great PLL book! I’m very invested in Emily’s storyline especially, it’s vastly different than the show’s and perhaps more realistic! Emily and Maya are definitely my favourite couple so far! 

I’m hoping now that Spencer suspects she may have something to do with Ali’s death that her storyline will be more interesting to me, as right now I’m not all that invested in what’s happening with her, which is a shame because her character has a lot of potential!

I feel like if this wasn’t a nostalgic read then it would be less stars.  There are so many moments that happen to these teenagers who act like more of adults that the adults do.  It’s very dramatic and if you look at the plot closely it’s really difficult to believe they have such bad luck, but it is fun to read.
