И ради вот этого все затевалось? Ради такой банальщины? Хотя подведенный под нее злодейский замысел немного улучшает положение, но не особо.

I KNEW IT! Holly did it! But on the other hand, the accompanying art is amazing!

I can't say I didn't see that coming, however it was very well written. The Art throughout the issue was awesome. A tragic love story, but it must be tragic in order for Batman to continue to be the hero who he is.

How can anyone write something like this (and most of this Batman run) after writing actual masterpieces like Vision, Omega Men and Mister Miracle?? I just don't get it, Tom.

So I didn't exactly hate this issue, but I didn't like it either. I really adored seeing different artists take on different batcat moments, it made me emotional and was a good key to showing them at its core.

But I feel like almost everybody knows they don't get married because of the fact it was spoiled last week sometime, but I do feel like it was planned from the start to get people talking. I feel like DC has way too much on these comics to just let that happen. Bruce and Selina almost seemed out of character as well, which did ruin it even more.

Am I excited to see what's happening next? Yes. Am I happy about how they did it and how they hurt small comic book shops in the run of it? No, I'm pissed. It's gonna be an iconic issue in comic book history, and in Batman history but it should've been done better.

The two highlights of this issue:

1. “And you were another man asserting your will. Trying to lord over a world you didn’t understand.” Some great tea right here.

2. Alfred sitting down next to Bruce and hugging him after delivering a sass attack.

All told, I wasn’t impressed. It ended just like I expected it to and I heartily object to the “happy”thing. I am so ready move on and get passed the drama that NYT article caused.

The art was amazing, it was a throw back to Bruce and Selina's relationship as Bat and Cat. It was a beautiful story, I'm waiting for the graphic novel with this issue. I want to know the prelude and aftermath of this one. I won't dare spoil the wedding of the century.
