Such a fun series, I love just about all of the main characters with the exception of Violet's children, they seriously are annoying.

So...
Book 4 and...
I still have no idea who...
...or what she is.
That should annoy me...
but it doesn't.

This series continues to blow me away! And this book is by far my favorite. My only problem was with Violet (surprise, surprise) and her handling of matters with Cooper. She goes out of her way to be a stubborn bitch with him for no reason. Hopefully, she gets an attitude adjustment in the next book. Other than that, I loved the book and it breaks my heart that I have to knock off points for Violets ability to be dense/flaky in those brief situations. That said, I'm still looking forward to the next installment in the series, because I just can't get enough!

If Groundhog Day merged with the Butterfly Effect you would get the Deadwood series. Same thing happens in each book (Groundhog day) with a few small changes to impact the ending (Butterfly Effect) the result being one boring ass repeating story where nothing happens.

Violet almost killed by client or someone close✔️
Violet almost losing her job because she is a shitty realtor ✔️
Violet being nosey and coming across info that conveniently gets her close to the killer/killers when the police can’t even figure it out✔️
Violet’s kids needing their ass whooped because they unlikable brats that do not respect her it anyone✔️
Violet getting called a slut or slut shamed for being a woman and not standing up for herself or trying to change ppl’s minds✔️

Not the best one in the series. I really enjoyed the first three books and I love the characters. I felt that this book kind of dragged and violet,'s relationship with Cooper is getting to be over the top. I will read the next book but I am hoping it will be more like the last three.
