Really well done, it's a little obvious this book was written before the movie came out. The word droid isn't there very much at all, and certain scenes run very differently. But it's the same great story, and there's more backstory to Luke and Biggs relationship that ends so violently. Beautifully written, it's a must have for Star Wars fans!

This is not a good work of literature by any means, but I’m obsessed with it. I think it’s an essential read for any fan of the films. Seeing how things changed between the version of the screenplay that this was adapted from and what ended up on screen is just incredibly fun and left me laughing out loud on multiple occasions.

I remember really enjoying this when I read it. Easily the best of the Original Trilogy novelizations. I couldn't put it down and remember finishing it very quickly. It's just a compelling story, be it a book or a movie.

I ve read it before...and I'll read it again. I love all things from a galaxy far far away...thank you, George Lucas.

I really liked experiencing the movies as books and getting a better insight into the characters' thoughts and motivations, but the style could be better.
