YOU GUYS. I think I’ve shed my entire body’s content of tears whilst reading this book. I’m literally sobbing because this series forever holds my heart. I love these characters so much and am incredibly sad to see them go. I will forever cherish these characters and the absolutely wonderful world SJM has built.

This journey has honestly been such a rollercoaster. I remember the exact day 6 years ago when my 7th grade self decided to pick up Throne of Glass and begin reading about a swaggering assassin, leading me down this rollercoaster of a journey. The ToG books will forever remain my all-time favorite books. Nothing, and I mean nothing, will ever come close. I know this was super sappy, but I literally couldn’t find any other way to convey just how much this series means to me.

Thank you, Aelin, for lighting my way and being at my side all those years. Thank you for everything.

I’m just in awe & the happiness that I have is so pure. I was late to the game with this series but I am so happy that I picked it up and finished it. This series will forever hold a huge place in my heart.

Ok. I really did love this series. I loved the ride and the characters, and I definitely see myself re-reading (well…listening) to this again in the future for a revisit.

Was it perfect? No. Sarah weaves wonderfully engaging stories with fun characters you grow to truly care about, but the writing can be a little irksome. If you can’t get past that, these books are not for you. But other than an occasional *eye twitch* with constantly repeated phrases, I can read past the occasional annoyances and immerse myself in the stories.

I’m definitely in a book hangover right now, so I think that’s good evidence that I enjoyed this series. Now, onto the next one!

Pacing for the most part was good. There were parts that I feel could have been cut, but overall, excellent ending to the series.

This book could’ve been 2000 pages and I still would’ve read the whole thing because apparently I swore the blood oath to SJM long ago. Anyway, I loved this whole series and I think she tied everything together fantastically. And that’s quite a feat with all of the different storylines!

I'll always remember these characters. Even if I complained about the many POVs during my journey reading this saga. I grew fond of them.
Dorian always held a special place for me. Then Aelin, who's been through so much and still was willing to give more. And Chaol. I dont care about what others think of him. His journey was one of learning too. He could acknowledge his mistakes and grow and I loved him for it.
Manorian is my fave pair. I can't deny it hahaha

I sobbed for like 30 chapters lol. THE BIG 3 THOUGH. THEY WILL ALWAYS BE MY BABIES.

I hope someday we get a TV show or movies about this saga, because I think it's made for it. A great show (like got) or great movies (like LOTR)

I have no words. It was a perfect ending and those ACOTAR Easter eggs were the icing on the cake.
