I really liked Hannah's character and Tessa Bailey's writing is really great; faced-paced, the chemistry between the leads is palpable.
While I liked Fox's growth journey, I think his self-assessment might've been repeated one-too-many times.
The setting is also fun and all the talks about sea shanties got me excited.

I really wanted to absolutely love this one, but it just didn’t do it for me. There were so many moments where i was thoroughly confused by all the emotions. Not sure why it took them so long to show their true feelings. The wording of things was extra weird sometimes.
