EXCUSE ME? THE AUDACITY TO WRITE A BOOK LIKE THIS ONE.... JUST WOW
Girl where do I even start? hmm? This is the first book I picked up by Mary Opal and 500 something pages were not enough. I need more Marzy had me all sorts of messed up. I finished this book within 24 hours because I couldn't let myself do anything else. Just do yourself the favour and read it, okay? Consider it a "treat yo-self" moment from Marzy to you. Hand on my heart, this book is one of my most prized possessions.

I'm loving and hating this book. Zeno is just amazing and it is beautiful to see how much he loves Darla but this girl just ruins everything constantly. She lacks communication and just acts like everything bad that happens is Zeno fault. At this point I just read the book for him...

I loved Darla and Zeno.

The story was cute, yet dark for sure. I’m a sucker for an arranged marriage trope and this one was pretty good. I also liked that the characters were adults throughout and not high school students like in the last book, that definitely threw me off and hinder my enjoyment.

The plot twist I saw coming and I thought it was done well.

The characters were all enjoyable and i liked their growth throughout.
