Ugh, so many feels at the end.
However:Because the end hints that this is the last of Miles as we know him, I wish that this book had had a little more transformation for Miles, like we see in Young Miles & Memory. Though Bujold likes to play her main plot-line against a subtler thread (foreshadowing Aral's death), overall this one is a more typical mystery. Basically, I just want to see how Miles settles into the role of Count, and how it differs from his previous occupations.
However:
Moderate: Confinement, Forced institutionalization, and Death of parent
Minor: Terminal illness, Medical content, and Fire/Fire injury

Good book. I really enjoy learning about new worlds in the Vorkosigan universe, and this book had a lot of really interesting world-building. And wow, that ending. Oof.
Moderate: Death, Kidnapping, Grief, and Death of parent
