The world building is really great and also the plot keeps you intrigued even when there’s less action. 
I liked Katniss as the main character. She’s brave and smart, just a natural leader that people can learn from. 
If you enjoyed watching the movie or just want to start a new series, I think The Hunger Games is great!!

I literally love this book. The characters, the plot, everything is so well written, and I quite literally could not put the book down until I had finished it.

I was on the bus when I was reading Rue's death, and I almost started crying. The way it was written was so beautiful, and again, I couldn't put the book down.
