Wow Kinsey is on another level. I really don't like main characters being oblivious and the fact that it's goign on over multiple books is a real negative for me. Once again just a lack of adult supervision. Also it's really starting to stand out to me that these keys are way more trouble then they're worth so I don't understand why they keep being used. They should all be collected and hidden away.

I'm devouring these books! This is my third volume in three days. I'm really beginning to love the characters and the lore. Even the art style, which I initially found a little off putting, has grown on me. Looking forward to knocking out the rest of the books in this series sooner rather than later.

I love this series so much. SO much. The epilogue in this outing was heartbreaking; there's been so much focus on the kids, and not enough on the mom, who just stays in the background falling apart for most of the story. But this epilogue, which puts the story in her p.o.v., is devastating. A great volume, but if all that existed of it were the epilogue, it would still be totally worth it.

Very well done again. The brutality is toned down a bit compared to the early volumes but there is still a lot of emotional impact.
