this book simultaneously took me ages to finish but also completely consumed me. I'm not sure I took in every word but I know for a fact that I'll be revisiting this book.

adding michael to my list of pathetic men that I keep in my pocket and adding lucifer to my list of unhinged men that I keep on my shelf.

dnf @ like 5% LMFAO

purple prose to the extent that it's undecipherable. lucifer spends the first few chapters being too beautiful. skimmed through the rest and the pacing / plot seems atrocious at best and harmful at worst. one star for concept + cover and some fun lines

DNF @ 45% - nope, life's too short for a book that hasn't even hit it's inciting incident at almost halfway through. maybe the people who liked this can handle books that take a lonnggg time to get started but i can't. bye.
