This series is seriously so good. I’ve listened to them one right after another.
I literally just finished this one today and now I’m listening to book 4.

I’m a big fan of Decker. He’s an awesome main character. I like how he solves crimes and he’s not always right, despite his advantages (which are also his disadvantages lol). Often times I’m reading these types of books I can predict what happens (I like this SOME times) and I couldn’t with these- not completely. I was just enjoying the story.

I felt like I was checking back in with Amos Decker and friends. I liked the way that he witnessed a crime, so it's all there in his head, and he just has to piece it all together. It's very satisfying.

There are so many books I read, and later, I couldn't tell you the name or anything about the main character.  Not here, Amos Decker is a character that has stayed with me from day one.

Kind of slow moving compared to the two before it. Overall was okay and I hope the next few pick it back up. Escalated really fast at the end and felt rushed.

I usually don’t like to read espionage or political thrillers, but this one grabbed my attention from the start. But midway through it became a bit boring and there were some unnecessary scenes, which could have been omitted.
Amos Decker witnesses a murder-suicide in front of the FBI headquarters and is determined to find out why a seemingly respected family-man would shoot a school teacher, with whom he didn’t have any connection.
This was an intriguing and well written book, with well developed characters.
