This book was cute, cozy, and just the right amount of cheesy. It had everything- small town vibes, single mom, slight drama without being over the top. It was just a fun and simple read perfect for fall!

Very confused by the timeline of the epilogue. Spoiler! Gia and Beckett get married on new years but Summer is 6 months pregnant when she had only been pregnant since October? Doesn’t make sense unless I missed something. The first 80% of the book was good but the miscommunication was bothersome and solved too publicly for me. I also didn’t like how he proposed the morning after the first said “I love you”. I will read the next one just bc I am curious.

The plot moved so quickly with zero character development. It was surface level and felt written by someone who is far less talented than the author usually is.

Too insta love for me. Beckett was definitely not a great guy. I don't think he changed enough to showcase character development. You also don't need characters to be married within 6 months of meeting each other. it also irked me that Jax comes in, somehow grooms and tacks up a horse in 10 minutes, then immediately gallops over a 4 foot jump and out of the arena. It's not even his book but that detail is so inaccurate. You don't immediately start galloping and jumping horses. You warm them up first. You also don't gallop at jumps for just random giggles. It's a recipe to a broken horse. Such a small, unnecessary detail that makes me not want to read Jax and Joey's book if it's full of that bs.

Lawyer, small-town mayor and over-committed Pierce family farm middle brother Beckett can’t keep his eyes off of the new yoga studio owner and single mom Gia.
Another funny, entertaining, steamy love story in a series of which I’m now adding all of the books to my kindle app.
