I love how honest Andrew was in telling his story! I think most Christians would like to think they would act a certain way if they were persecuted. I appreciate his realness and vulnerability in the mist of his trial.

This book was amazing for me. I expected to just be doing a good deed by reading it since Andrew Brunson is part of my church's denomination. However, this was an unexpected page turner. I especially loved toward the end where it intersects with American leadership and becomes history in the making. Brunson wraps it up nicely at the end and leaves no unanswered questions. Highly recommend.
