Don't know why I never picked up this series, but you can bet a dollar I'm going to start working the series in! So fun.. and the humor is wonderful!

I needed something light and fluffy after that last horror, and this definitely worked. It was entertaining, but the insta-lust/love didn’t quite work for me, especially in a novella. I might be interested in reading other books by the author, though. The premise about the Special Ops for fantastical creatures was good, and I liked the humor.

I just keep waiting for more. More to unfold. More information. More character development. It just didn't happen. I didn't know if this was a pre-novella or the first in a series before I read, so I went in a little green. The end was a bit confusing until I read the sneak peak of Atlantis Rising. The sneak peak gave me more enjoyment though. Writing wasn't bad - so I may check out the others.

This is the second novella that I read today, and (surprisingly for me) it worked well. There was external plot to keep my interest, family dynamics, reference (without being overwhelming) to characters from other books. This is the first I've read by this author, but I seem to be in the mood for fluffy paranormal, so I will probably read more.

I'm late to the party for this author, but I'm still glad I found her on Prolific Works and snagged a free copy of this one!
When I think light, fun paranormal romances, this is the type of book I want! It is super short and set in an existing world (I assume). However, it also has charming lead characters, magical creatures, and an ensemble cast! It moves quickly and is a joy to read! I couldn't ask for more!
I'll certainly be picking up more books from this author!

This was a fun, funny romp of a paranormal romance. Fully fleshed out characters, great banter, hilarious situations, and a world building that incorporated all kinds of paranormal beings. I definitely want to read more from this author and this particular series.
