"Hades...I believe-I'm not sure-but... You could fire them at anyone and the results would be the same. You can't make anyone love you unless you love yourself."

Really?

"Is that a threat, Amazon?"
"It's a promise."

Fucking really?

Who is writing this shit?

Wonder Woman and I are off to a very bad start. Plus the set up of this entire book was confusing as hell.

I found the amount of characters hard to follow don't think that I will manage to get to another one in this series.

3.5 stars. Significant improvement from the first volume. I'm glad I continued with the series.

The character designs were really cool here. It's also fun seeing Wonder Woman face off against the Greek Gods and her different dynamics against them. But you can absolutely tell this was written by men. The armor when she goes to face Hell was cool as heck though. Amazing design.

A solid continuation of vol.1 that leaves you wanting vol.3.

After a so-so first volume and finding out he also wrote that cesspool Joker comic (my opinion anyway. I hear others really liked it) I decided to give the run one more go. This volume did not impress me. I cannot connect with this Wonder Woman and therefore do not root for her. Despite checking out 7 volumes from the library I've decided not to continue with this series. And I may just avoid Mr Azzarello's work all together seeing as I am clearly not a fan of it.

This comic really MOVES! Azzarello's plot is not overburdened with narrative text or dialogue, but speeds along thanks to concise storytelling and cinematic visual composition.
