Loved this book although the DV themes throughout the book made it quite difficult to stomach at times. Beautifully written. I loved the First Nations interpretations of the flowers.

I wish this book hit me harder than it did, it was beautiful and sad but I felt a bit disconnected from the characters which was a shame.
