To be honest, I thought The Girl on the Train was over-hyped and this novel felt similar. I found it tedious to read over and over again how much her female MCs are stuck in self-pity.
Having each character narrate their own chapters made the story especially confusing in the beginning, when you had no idea who they were. It was too many voices trying to tell the story. The ending also was not surprising. The whole book just fell flat for me.

I should have read the trigger warnings on this book more closely before reading. It dives deeply into

the guilt and shame that SA survivors experience

and I was not in a place to read that at the time. Otherwise, a really good read with lots of twists and turns.

Twist until the end! I was really engaged. I listened to the audiobook and enjoyed the cast of people involved. Normally it would be a bit confusing keeping up with so many characters and their points of view but I had no issues with this read. I didnt predict the ending correctly so that it in it self is worth 3 stars. The 4th star is tributed to how quickly I got read it.

This is a dollar coaster of a mystery/thriller. One of those where you don't know what's real or true till the very end. It was very good! But could also be very triggering.

If you enjoy a book that has many twists and turns, this is a good one. I had a love/ hate relationship with most of the characters, often due to if I agreed with their actions or not. I personally liked this, as it kept me engaged. This book is from the POV of over 10 characters, which led me to consult the character reference page frequently at the beginning of the book.
