very lucid, humane and compelling arguments, though a bit abstract at points. i think universities have trained its workers very well in not having to hand the necessary tools to critique it, much of the literature reaches for the ideas we're used to rather than financial or state interest. i'd like to see more critiques of the university that begin from the assumption that these are places of business rather than peace, love, understanding
