Some good ideas but very bootstraps and casually fatphobic. Suffers from the standard self-help issue of obfuscation and repetition- but as mentioned, ideas are good.

There was so much marketing shit in my book. Maybe it was just because I got the new version, but it threw me off. Aside of that, sure it’s informative, but most of it is logical and simple.

Jestem bardzo zaintrygowana i zainspirowana. A chyba taki cel mają te motywacyjne książki. Była bardzo ciekawie napisana i czytało się mega lekko. Podobało mi się, że ta książka miała w sobie bardzo dużo konkretów, bo nie wszystkie tego typu książki to mają. Żeby ją w pełni ocenić musiałabym chyba sprawdzić, czy wspomniane tu rady i strategie faktycznie działają, a to dopiero przede mną. Ale jestem namówiona na to, żeby wstawać wcześniej, więc chyba o to chodziło. Jedynie nie podobało mi się, że wiele sekcji się jakby powtarzało i wielokrotnie czytałam o tym samym.

Reading this kind of self-help crap is great way to learn languages (read in French), but at the same time, I'm not going to lie, I'm taking a certain amount od pleasure from it. But this guy definitely lost me at "I'm starting my day with bulletproof coffee"
