Ok here's the thing. This book, while enjoyable, was very predictable. I did enjoy the introduction of some characters from the past. I am very interested in seeing how this plays out.

Didn't have quite the same magic for me as the first one. There were some parts that really didn't sit well with me, and the ending made me angry on Alexia's behalf. There were moments that she was mean in the book as well, so honestly, just a lot characters I loved in Book 1 were lacking their usual charm in this one.

Loved loved loved this story and the change of scenery. The cliffhanger was such a shock and made me grab the next book as soon as I put this one down. Thank you for another amazing book.
