wow what an amazing read.
still is the second book in this series and Flow and grip must be read before this one.
I didn't think I would live Grip and Bristol anymore then I did in the first book but wow did Kennedy ryan change that. What a fabulous read.
I volunteered to read a copy of this book

This, as with most book by Kennedy Ryan, was an emotional roller coaster.
I enjoyed seeing Grip and Bristol's relationship evolve. They were consistently there for one another and showed truly having each other's backs.
This is spice mixed with important messages of love, racism, and loss.
Trigger warnings: this hits some heavy topics including child loss and depression. It was devastating to read but important nonetheless. Just prepare yourself for some tears

Amazing! A Beautiful mix of romance and social justice issues. The characters are so engaging and you get so caught up in their story. One of the best series that I have read, I already cannot wait to read the entire trilogy again!

I don't know if my review will even adequately describe the feelings I had while reading the Grip Trilogy.
This book was LOVE. It was love in every form -- the good, the bad and the ugly. I cried so many times throughout this series because the emotions were just jumping off the pages. The love and the relationship between Bristol and Grip that was curated by Kennedy Ryan was absolutely phenomenal. This trilogy touches on so many important subjects such as racism and the injustice people of color face every day in this world. I've never felt more seen in a book before. I've never connected so deeply to the issues spotlighted in this series.
I don't think I've ever read such a profound love story. Bristol and Grip's love story is far from insta-love, it is a love that took time. It was perfectly imperfect and possessed all the human qualities. The journey was beautiful and the writing was everything.
I cried when things were sad but I cried when things were happy as well. Kennedy Ryan's writing was just so romantic and poetic. I think this book will be permanently etched in my mind if I'm being honest. This book will break you and put you back together in the best way.
Grip is blueprint. If you're not going to love me like that, you gotta go.
