i don't like this play! it's definitely better than, say, Grease, so thats why i gave it 2 stars instead of one. i don't like that this play is meant to tell a story of racial discrimination and civil rights struggle with a largely white cast. i don't like that it attempts to advocate for the normalization of all body types when it makes countless fat jokes. at least the songs are catchy.
