I am so in love with this series. Chloe Walsh has found a way to tackle very difficult subject matters and make it palatable for a reader (such as myself). I can not relate to any of the struggles that the characters are dealing with but I feel so much empathy and sympathy for their pain and fears. All the characters have so many differences yet somehow have become a motley crew.As for the Kavanaughs, their love and generosity takes my breath away. I am dying to know Eden’s back story.
I will not be surprised if the series is one day adapted into a movie or mini tv series. It’s so good

This was a sad read. It was not an “fun” read. But I love these characters and I want to see them make it through their struggles. This installment in the series had some pacing issues and could definitely have been shorter. That said I read it in a couple of days. I am happy to see how things turned out- but damn if it didn’t break my heart before we got there.

This book is a lot heavier in some parts, but seeing the growth of Joey and seeing him finally try to overcome his drug addiction was so beautiful to see it was also nice to see the relationship between him and Aoife grow!
