Everyone was right about this book - I totally devoured it. I wish I hadn't accidentally spoiled a plot point for myself, but it was still such an enjoyable read. What an interesting study of the many ways misogyny presents in everyday life from both men and women.

Straight off the bat, I kind of accidentally spoiled this for myself right before I got to the main event. Even when I did, it was a bit anticlimactic than what I had anticipated.

However, had I not spoiled it, it would’ve been an interesting plot twist and the foreshadowing is right there from the start. With that said tho, not a huge fan of leaving the main event til the end even though it’s talked about the beginning but at the same time, I enjoy Liane Moriarty’s weaving of events together particularly little subplots which keep you hooked onto the story. Especially that they deal with important real-life issues in this book too.

Onto the TV show now!!
