An amazing book whose political intrigue takes the spotlight, while the romance gets an honorable mention.
I am wondering what act of penance the queen of Attolia will have to do to right the extreme power imbalance between them. I expect it will be in the next book? Without it, the dynamic between Attolia and Gen will be way too uneven, I think. Either way, excited to read the next book and see how the characters and the nations develop!
