The book is about a anxiety filled 34 year old who over thinks everything and creates a lot of drama in her own mind. She meets a 28 year old man who's in tech, but has quit his to return back home to Napa. They meet in a bar, have a one night stand, but then he shows up for work the next day at her vineyard. You can predict the rest. She behaves as if there is a 20 year age gap instead of 6.

Finally after 10 hours in to an 11hr audiobook, there was some action. This book meh. I really enjoyed her other books, but this is my least favorite.

I enjoyed the setting of this story and all the winery scenes. Who doesn't love a good Napa Valley story? Our two main characters meet in a bar one night and end up having an unforgettable evening together. Then fast-forward to the next morning and they find out they are now actually working together. The plot was enjoyable and the writing was smooth. However, for our main character being in her mkd 30s I felt like she was incredibly immature. We see this both in her relationship with the love interest and with her brother.

TikTok made me do it and it was not what I thought it would be. I like the story line, but somewhere along the way the characters attitude and behavior seemed a little bit immature.

Smutty smut smut. But good!  I enjoyed the realness of the adult relationships in this book - the friends, family, and lovers. There were some very detailed adult scenes, which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for.
