Questo libro ha talmente tanti problemi che mi è passata la voglia di elencarli tutti.

This was better than book 2 but not yet reaching the levels of Riyria. Although I know from experience, Sullivans stories get better, book on book.

I loved the additional characters in this story and the dwarfs were genuinely amusing and made me laugh out loud.

(Trying to avoid spoilers) I really enjoyed the PoVs where we went on the trek and hunted down the weapons and technology. Was less bothered about everything going on back at HQ.

Sullivan as always, nails the character writing and the depth in which I connect with his characters, is on par with Hobb and Martin.

And damn he got me in the feels in one part.

The 2nd book in the “Legends of The First Empire” series was so good! I think the first book was a bit faster pace while this had some slow spots that could have been sped up but overall, another amazing book in the series! The author makes character development so evident to see and makes it easy to absolutely love certain characters while despising others. Well done Michael J Sullivan!
