Wow! That was intense is all I can say.

I like how we got to read just about everyone’s POV in this book instead of just one persons POV. I really loved this book it had all the feels to it. Some parts I didn’t know if I wanted to cry, say aww, smile, or laugh. It was really hard for me to put down. I really enjoyed the ending.

I feel like the ending has more that needs to be told but that maybe that’s just me wanting more books because I don’t want this series to end!

My least favorite book of the series. I am not sure if it was change up in style of writing (story told from multiple perspectives) or the fact I couldn't connect with Olivia. Maybe I couldn't connect with Olivia because of the multiple perspectives. Either way, I was pretty much begging for this book to be over just so I could complete the series. That being said, I do recommend the first five books because loved those.

SpoilerI did not like it all, because of the ending. You just hold together and chant, and then you're all safe. I thought it would be more exciting than that.

SPOILERS AHEAD. I really loved the other books in this series but I remember finding this one a bit disappointing. I didn’t really like the main girl and the romance was kind of sad to me because he wasn’t allowed to love her. Then the parents die in the end if I’m remembering right and it just didn’t feel like that good of an ending to me. I guess I was expecting something else. I’ve reread all the other books and the companions a million times because they’re so good but haven’t had the urge to reread this one. Maybe I need to give it a second chance. If I ever reread it i’ll update my review to see if my opinion has changed.

The plot twist at the end feels a little wrong and as a result, the epilogue does not wrap everything up with a happy bow, it alludes to another series or more judgments. I found that very unsatisfying. It was a good story altogether. I think that switching POVs throughout worked well for the progression and wrapping everything up, but after the rest of the series being a single POV for the rest of the series. I would recommend this series, just don't be wanting a happy ending wrapped up with a bow.
