Book one in the Fall in Love series gave us a sexy dragon, and book two brings us a sexy vampire. I'm really liking this world of supernatural creatures that Mary Abshire has created for this series. Although, I really, really wanted to give Demetri a good shake for much of this second in the series. He and Cali are good together even when they fight it tooth and nail - well, even as Demetri fights it. Cali is rather calm about it all even when she doesn't even know how she got there. Rather than give the book's secrets away, I 'll just say that like the first in the series, this one gives us a clean romance that's still sexy, a bit of danger, some fun characters, and we even get to catch up with Marcel and Lynn from book one. There are mentions of things from the first book, but this one still stands on its own. I've thoroughly enjoyed both couples in this series, and I can't wait to see who falls in love next.
