Wow. There is so much backstory in this book. I love how much we learn and how J.K. Rowling shows our favorite threesome growing up (along with many other characters). She not only stays true to the individual characters, she does an amazing job of writing out the teens emotions and reactions. The tension and stress are prevalent as everyone worries about their families and what will happen next. Rowling has done an amazing job of creating just the right set-up for the final book by giving us the history we need, making the tension thicken, and taking away one of Harry's most precious resources. Although I know what happens in the final book, I can't wait to see what happens next.
