I said I was done at the last book and then I still tried to listen to this.
DNF, if you like sex scenes then the first half has lots of that, but I just didnt understand the rest of the storyline and got bored. Stopped listen with about 3hr left to go.

Most of the book was about completing the "marks" and it was terrible. The guys avoided her attemptes because they wanted it to be "special" but when it happened it wasn't special and it was bad. After she did 'it' with all of them it turned out they were waiting for her to make the first move although she made her advences very clear. It's annoying that they don't talk to her like she tells them to over and over again. All that lasted 60% it was a boring and unnecessary 60%. The guys being stupid and annoying happens every start of a new book, then throughout the book they make progress and then it starts all over again.

Just asking why do they call themselves assassins? They aren't assassins, assassins are sent to kill.

Queen of the Assassins is the fourth installment of the Academy of Assassins series. Now I really enjoyed the first three books but this one was a dud in my eyes. Still good and enjoyable but I wanted certain things to happen, and they didn't.

In some ways, I'm glad that Morgan and the guys are so protective over one another. I just wished that the romance and steamy scenes slowed down a bit. Rushing through things works for some people, but I've waited so long to get the goods. Like, yay, they finally did it but slow ya roll people. LET ME ENJOY IT.

Other than that, I'm hoping that the next book gives us the opportunity we all need. Them all doing the deed. Together. Not one person or two people at a time with Morgan. No, I want them all to enjoy it. Pretty please.

Also, I'm slightly surprised there is a 5th book because I thought this was the last one. So, I guess I will have to read it to find out if things happen or not.

How did I start reading another incomplete series? You shouldn't be allowed to sell a box set of a series that says COMPLETE SERIES BOOKS 1-4 on the box set when it's not completed! GRRR. I hate reading an incomplete series like this I try to only start ones that are completed and I feel like I was tricked this time into thinking it was completed when there is actually a book 5 in the works.
Not Cool!

This was definitely my least favorite in the series. It was filled with plot holes-“oh, let’s go on vacation where we can relax, even though we know people have gone missing and there’s danger.” Come on. Plus the steamy times completely out of nowhere-the great relationship building over the last few books was completely thrown out the window. This book read as if it wasn’t even written by the same author.

So sad this is over...

I've loved this series from the very beginning and this book did not disappoint. Morgan has grown admirably as a character, learning to open up and love others while allowing herself to be loved. The guys are swoon worthy as per usual. This book had all the feels but especially the warm fuzzies. I grinned like a fool the majority of the book. Definitely worth the read! I'm really going to miss these characters....

What can I say, I’m a sucker for reverse harem!

This book was sweet and heartwarming. I liked the mix between and action and steam. I would’ve liked more steam but ... oh well

What did I just read?
4 books of build up for that...
Also, did no one else notice that a character's name got changed from the book before. No explanation...
What was the mess?
