I liked this series at the start. The story-line is a good premise. Traumatized teacher, left scared and bear shifter with issues, to reveal what they are would be a spoiler but it's clever.
It's just I have a pet hate of characters talking to themselves either out loud or in their heads, narration. I really dislike it and this book has loads of it.

I would have been happier if Niall had gotten punched in the face, but other than that this was a really sweet story.
