THE WEDDING! AHH! I adore Warner and this whole book was just so sweet. The WORST is when everyone basically shits on Warner like wtf. Praise Mafi for writing the wedding tho. Us peons can only dream to find a Warner.

“Believe me,” I whisper, “I do.”
I finally reached the end of this series. Everything feels surreal.
The ending is so beautiful and nothing could ever describe this feeling. It’s the beginning of their story but the ending for me. I need more of Kenjeera moments, they are the cutest.

“I worry, sometimes, that my love for her will expand beyond the limitations of my body, that it will one day kill me with its heft.”

Their love is unconditional and I’m so jealous of Juliette!!!

“This is the beginning of a new chapter for all of us, man. For the whole world. This wedding is making history right now. You know that, right? Nothing is ever going to be the same.”- Kenji Kishimoto

Yes nothing ever going to be the same for me TOO

Taylor swift songs: “lover”

I would highly recommend reading this novella! It really adds a lot to the story, as it is told from Warner’s POV before their wedding. I feel like this was a great ending to the series (I think it is the last one) but the ending to the story was left in a way that it could potentially continue. I would love to see how these characters continue on after defeating the reestablishment. I really hope there are more books, but this one was great. It was so romantic, and made me love Warner even more. And the character arcs in this are great!! I love seeing the development of Kenji and Warner’s friendship. All around, I really liked this.

This one is the spiciest of all of them. I have to say I liked it better when it wasn’t as spicy as focusing more on the emotional intimacy. I’d say it’s about a 2/5🌶️ still not too graphic but really heavily inferring what is happening. Yep, I think about as spicy as Emily Henry now. It’s way more than the other books. Side note: how do they not get pregnant? Bc I’m fairly sure the rebel group doesn’t have access to birth control.
