This author is always a must read for me. I love that her books cater to the “mature” reader. They aren’t filled with the silliness you sometimes see with younger characters. They’ve experienced life and usually handle the challenges thrown at them in a mature fashion.
Effortless is no different! Cash and Hadley had the second chance I think they had always hoped for but never thought they could have. Sure, Hadley’s meddling parents didn’t make things easy, but they figured out how to put themselves first.
This was a great addition to the Lake Family Series.
