This book was cute but it wasn’t a favorite. I adored Five Feet Apart, and I was so excited for this one I think I overhyped it in my head. I was in love with Marley and Kyle, but I think the twist kind of ruined it for me. Either way I did like it, just wasn’t a new favorite

This book destroyed me. I couldn’t put it down – but even when I was forced to, the anxiety and heartbreak my own heart experienced was undeniable.

The first half was boring. The characters had no personalities or depth, there was barely any plot development and the writing style annoyed me with excessive use of adjectives on irrelevant things.
Then, the plot developed, and there was a little character development as time in the story went on, still it felt like too much in too little time. It wasn’t believable and very generic YA love story.
By the time I got to the plot twist(s), I kind of got into the story a little. Aaaand it came crashing down with the twist. I saw it coming and I hated it. A cheap escape for a mediocre storyline. But then another plot twist! And another! Come one..
This book is one big eye-roll. No thanks.
