Such an emotional book!  I thought I had it figured out and was wrong as usual.  It was interesting to see how things transpired and the twists were big surprises.  Some reviewers were not happy with the unusual circumstances in the plot, but similar accounts have been widely documented.  My big issue with the book was the age difference between two of the main characters, but I guess that's the mom in me talking.

This book was very similiar to You've reached Sam, but I liked it way more. You've reached Sam is all about grief and dealing with it, but in All this time the grief is described less. The characters actually deal with it in the story and learn to be happy, unlike in You've reached Sam. The romance was cute and slow-burn. And the plot twist!! I was not expecting that! The actual end wasn't that great though.

However, what I enjoyed the most was the main character's personality. He had no problem with opening up to people, he always talked a lot to and appreciated his mom, which was super cute, and it was refreshing to see a male character so open about his feelings (maybe it's because women wrote him XD)

This is exactly what I look for in romance. I want a romance in a book to have meaning. I want the characters to have a reason for meaning the 'right person at the right time.' I felt this book did a perfect job at the romance that I am looking for. Both the character needs the other in their time of loss and grief, but they both feel like they shouldn't for some reason or another.

I fell in love with Marley as a character. We get to meet her and see her at a super low point in her life. She starts to come out of her shell, she starts to come to terms with her grief. I feel like I am able to really relate to her character to some extent. Even after the twist in the end, I find myself loving her character even more.

I have read this book a few times and I have to say it is still as good as I remember. I have recommended this book to every friend that likes romance books. This book will always hold a special place in my heart.

The main characters have relatable struggles and how grief is dealt with is interesting to see.
It is a very emotional book but it has a really sweet ending despite all the twists and turns.
The book itself has 44 chapters but they’re quite short and easy to breeze through. I recommend listening to the audiobook; it helps visualize the story more.
This is Young Adult so some adult language and references are mentioned but it’s not that bad.
Definitely recommend if you love “Five Feet Apart” and other YA teen romances.

I loved this book. It describes and shows grief as not just something that happens but as something that can change and define your life. The characters are flawed and not what you expected them to be, They all deal with grief and hold unto it in different ways but it is the people in their lives that help them to remember what happened but to move forward and towards the future. There is a major plot twist towards the middle to end and I almost cried in the middle of class but it was eye opening and amazing.
