Picked this up for the illustrations, which are beautiful. Like others before the rhyming falls a part for me at a point. Actually glad to see it will be available in a coloring book this year.

The illustrations are beautiful but the pattern of writing is inconsistent. Sometimes there are two birds per letter, and sometimes the rhymes don’t flow very well. That being said, this book is a great idea. As a kid, I loved alphabet books with a theme. I wasn’t a big fan of the ending, though. Overall, it was good, but not perfect.
