A little bit repetitive at times. But enjoyed it nonetheless. Have written down a few quotes and sentences from the book and stuck them to my fridge.

It's basically Geeta for white people. I love how everyone assumes Stoicism came from Ancient Greece/Rome, but never realise that Hindus have a whole text on it.
I do not need this in my life.

Not quite what I was expecting. More the author's journey learning about stoicism, with a few side tips. Got me interested enough to read further though.

Great deal of tips on how to practice stoicism. I hope to apply some of these tips into my everyday life

I'm pretty familiar with these concepts but I did like her modern take. The part about seeing anger as an entitlement to never be even mildly disrupted was a new and interesting way to look at the feeling.
