Oh my god. I have to wait until March 2012 for the next one? Not. Fair. I love Gail Carriger's writing style, the wit and the way it doesn't take itself too seriously and it's just wonderful. Puff Bonnet and Ruffled Parasol made my night. In addition, I'm very much looking forward to how everyone deal with Prudence. She has easily become a new favorite character, even though she really hasn't done much of anything, really. Gah. I want more!!

I'm actually enjoying this series more and more as it goes on. I think I'm adapting to the writer's style and humor.

I thought the plot of this one was not as strong as the others, but the characters make up for it. Alexia, at eight months pregnant is a treat.

As usual I loved this one! It is fluffy, hilarious and action-packed (even though Alexia is VERY pregnant, which is something I don't generally care for but turned out to be quite funny in this book).
Even though I didn't care much for the overall plot (the big reveal at the end didn't scream epicness to me) I enjoyed myself as usual because Gail Carriger just knows how to make every mundane situation a matter of life and death. I just love how characters talk and how they interact.
Even though some details (or big plot twists) were weird and I didn't really understand them, I had a great time and will pick up book 5 asap.
As usual the narration was perfect, 10/10! I really enjoyed the different voices that Emily Gray created for the characters, very recognizable and enjoyable.

These are just so sweet and funny! I love all the characters, and how they all have flaws but are just so darn good together. They fit like puzzle pieces. In one of them are the idealized hero or villain, and it’s fun to read through the ever-pragmatic Alexia’s eyes.

I wish there was a little more Connall, but I like our Alexia's actions and status as Alpha. Now that's a heroine!

can not stop reading these books. I adore how everything is woven together in such a way that you're transported to PP's London.
