Sweet. Cute. Easy read. Nothing crazy, felt like the ending drama was far fetched, could’ve been better. Killian - ex ufc fighter with a lot of demons and abusive father and bar owner..Eden - ex boyfriend cheated on her with bf and wanted fresh start so got a bartending job at Killian’s bar. Loved the friends and the realistic feel on how these two feel for each other over time. Loved how they stood their ground and didn’t let her fighter dictate them.

This one was so captivating on audio. I could not get enough of it until the very end, and I'm so excited to continue with the next book in the series.

Killian is protective, broody, and a little broken. He carries the world on his shoulders, and only wants what is best for those he cares about. Eden is sunshine and brightness. She gets along with pretty much everyone she meets, and just has a beautiful soul.

I LOVED these two. They were the perfect match for one another. Swoon. It was also insanely hot. Like the chemistry between these two was on fire.

The ending had me feeling all sorts of terror for everyone involved. The action just had you waiting on the edge for how it was all going to play out.

The epilogue was so stinking cute and so them. I had little happy tears in my eyes.

Killian has dealt with so much in his life that he doesn't let anyone in. Eden has dealt with her fair share of loss, but has more of an optimistic outlook. Except when her boyfriend dumps her, she feels a little lost, unsure of how to break free.

When Killian and Eden come together in a room, you can tell nothing else matters. They both felt the connection from the get go and despite Killian's penchant for pushing people away, Eden is able to give Killian a safe space. Her pure heart made him feel at home for once. His junkie brother, who needed to numb their childhood memories, comes back, and unbeknowns to Killian and Eden, brings the threat of danger to their doorstep.

The way Eden fought for Killian and the way Killian loved her in return was so beautiful! These two were ride or die material forsure!

This Book Will Get Beneath Your Skin!

Though it doesn't feel like it at the time Eden's ex cheating on her with her (former) best friend is probably the best thing to ever happen to her. She moves away from home to escape the pain and a future that she never really wanted anyways. Can an ex UFC fighter break through her walls and become the Prince Charming who shows her how to trust again?

Killian is trapped in an emotional prison of his own design. This solitary confinement seems well-deserved to a man who has fought his way through hell and still feels trapped by the demons of that fiery darkness. Can a graffitiing ray of Sunshine shine through the cracks and help him see the world a little brighter?

I was shocked to learn that this was a debut novel for this author, I was extremely impressed by how well she weaved intricate plot lines and brought forth characters that ached to be loved by not just each other but by the readers as well. I will definitely be on the lookout for all things Emery Rose in the future!

I received an exclusive ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

***I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review***
This was a debut book from Emery Rose and it was great! In the past, I have had both good and bad experiences with Debut books but this was not the case with Beneath your Beautiful! This is a touching story that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Eden and Killian are such great characters. Eden has had a tough go at it with men. The guy she thought she would be with forever, ended up cheating on her with her best friend and they got pregnant during the scandal. Killian is an ex MMA fighter who knows women only want him because of that title. Little does anyone know, he has been dying inside since accidentally killing his friend during a match. He has never forgiven himself and with Eden, he forgets everything.
I will look forward to the author and her future work!
