I absolutely love Sem and Maggie. I love how much their weird perfectly complimented each other. I also really appreciated how much they truly cared about each other, listened to each other, and that they really fought for each other. 
I went into it thinking Sem was going to be the more outlandish one (which he kindof was?) but the way he cares so deeply about everything was so sweet. I also adored how Maggie went after it and refused to give his guy up, but in the most unexpected way possible

In the preface, the author says “When reading this, I hope you can suspend reality just a little and roll with it” and I definitely think having that understanding going in made this somehow lighthearted stalker romance hit just right and be fun. The story makes perfect internal sense and basically no real world sense and it’s great.

This book could technically be a stand alone, but I would highly recommend reading the first of the series to understand this one. Sem is certifiably psycho in the best possible way. Anyone who has a size difference kink will adore this.
