‘Twas a Snooze fest

I wanted to love this book as much a I loved the first one but I just couldn’t get into in. It was a chore to get through and took me several false starts over a handful of months to finish.

The fun, drama, and charm was missing from this one which was unexpected. The plot was supremely boring and repetitive. The plot is basically a missing item that the team searches for but doesn’t find, so they brainstorm where else the item could be, search and come up empty handed again and again. Rinse and boringly repeat. This goes on for about 200 pages… The resolution is wrapped up in a few sparse paragraphs with little fanfare. I wanted more so, so much more.

I am debating if I even want to wade through Kyou’s story.

Great cast of characters

I immediately got this book as the 1st was so good and I knew Iran's story would be as well. I did not disappoint. Loved Ivan and Aiden's story and checking in with the other members of their family of choice. Now I'm impatiently waiting for K's story.

Another stellar book. These two are really adorable. I was looking forward to Ivan's book and I'm glad it didn't disappoint.

The relationships are unrealistic. But it's sweet and fun and good to read about. A wholesome group of criminals.

A good series.

I really love these group of criminal men. They are so very sweet and they put their family above all else.

In this book, we get to see the thief, Ivan meet his guy and fall in love. We also get his background and it was truly sad.

Aiden is a perfect fit for this group and I am glad that he got his happy ending.
