it was an amazing story, very original and well paced. the search for her soul pieces, the people she meets along the way, the memories lost and found, all well maneuvered. Loved the character with they/them pronouns, it's so rare to see in books ans hopefully we'll get more of them as young authors show up.

For the stuff I'm not a fan of, too many details, descriptions, it felt a bit thick but it's just a personal preference I guess.
And I didn't really get into the love story/interest, again a personal preference as the story was more centered around the plot and I might be too used to romance stuff

It was a nice idea but not amazingly well executed. Younger readers may enjoy it but it's very simplified and may come across as amateurish to older readers. This could have been improved by delving a little deeper with texture and details in the story.
