I keep saying I don’t like Western romance novels, yet here’s another one I really enjoyed (and another one I forgot to review when I finished it!)
I really liked the heroine. She suffers enormous personal tragedy and responds by remaking herself. How she does it and how she lets a man into her life despite everything makes it a good read.

I did it! I finally finished this book! It only took me 3/4 of a year to do it! Lady Gone Bad is a ridiculous book that is sometimes funny.
