D’Hoffran finally comes into his own in this story. Plus Dawn gets access to her magic portal powers. Great season of Buffy! Would love to have watched this one on tv. It would have been nail biting and amazing!!

My favourite part in this was Dawn and Xander in the other dimensions. Them showing the demons the slanted roofs, and Xander providing them therapy had me cackling! It was hilarious and adorable. And was super fun to see Dawn with her abilities.
Buffy really irritated me in the last bit; accusing Willow and Giles of not being focused on finding Dawn, snapping at spike, etc. is something she would have done in high school. Not now. Seemed a bit regressive to me.
Still this season was much better than the last!
